Arnolds Keys appoints senior building surveyor
Norwich-based property services firm Arnolds Keys has appointed Andy Dransfield as Senior Building Surveyor, heading up its building consultancy arm of its commercial property division.
He will be responsible for delivering a range of professional building surveying services, including party wall negotiations, access audits, schedules of condition, condition surveys, space planning, project co-ordination and dilapidations on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
An experienced surveyor, Andy was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2012. He previously spent over ten years with a Leeds-based property consultancy, and prior to that, five years with Harrogate Borough Council.
He has undertaken a number of challenges to fundraise for a children’s cancer charity, including trekking across the Sahara desert last year, and running the York marathon earlier this year.
