ARNOLDS KEYS EXPANDS RESIDENTIAL SURVEYING DEPARTMENT WITH SENIOR APPOINTMENT

Norfolk’s largest independent property services firm has expanded its specialist Residential Surveying offer with the appointment of Shaun Werrell as senior residential surveyor and valuer.

Mr Werrell has had a long career as a Chartered Surveyor, most recently working for a national residential surveying firm.  Much of his career has been spent on projects as a project manager working on capital and revenue projects for a number of organisations, including the NHS, Norfolk County Council/NPS, and for Lambert Scott & Innes on the construction of Norwich’s Castle Mall shopping centre.

He joins a four-strong department headed by Arnolds Keys partner Charlie Penrose, who commented, “We are delighted to welcome such an experienced surveyor to the team, a move which considerably increases our capacity, in response to growing demand for residential surveys.”
