Leading Norfolk property services firm Arnolds Keys has announced the appointment of two equity partners, and the retirement from the partnership of a longstanding partner.

Tom Corfield and Nick Williams have joined the partnership, in a move described by the firm’s managing partner as ‘a confident investment in our future’.

Mr Corfield joined Arnolds Keys in 2014 when the firm merged with agricultural property specialist Irelands, and was appointed a salaried partner in 2018.  As well as his role as agricultural partner, he will become partner responsible for the firm’s county hub in Aylsham, overseeing the office’s residential sales operation.

Mr Williams joined Arnolds Keys in 2016 as a management surveyor in the firm’s commercial department.  He was appointed a salaried partner in 2019.  As well as his role in the commercial property team, he will assume responsibility for much of the firm’s operations.

“We are delighted to announce these two appointments, which are an important part of our plans and a confident investment in our future,” said Guy Gowing, managing partner at Arnolds Keys.

“We have an excellent track record of nurturing people and the fact that the two latest people to join the partnership have developed their careers in the firm over a number of years is very satisfying.”

Meanwhile, Arnolds Keys has also announced the retirement from the partnership of Jan Hÿtch, who has been with the firm for more than three decades, the last 13 years as a partner.  She will continue to work with Arnolds Keys as a consultant on a part-time basis.
