CAMERAS WILL ROLL AS CELEBRITIES TRY THEIR LUCK AT NORFOLK AUCTION HOUSE
Television cameras will be rolling in Norfolk this weekend when the makers of Antiques Road Trip and Celebrity Antiques Road Trip visit the county’s leading auction house to film segments for three episodes of the shows.
The crews, along with famous auction professionals and the two celebrities taking part in the celebrity version of the show, will be at Keys Auctioneers and Valuers’ monthly Antiques & Collectables Sale in Aylsham on Saturday.
Producers are remaining tight-lipped about who is taking part in the filming; the last time Celebrity Antiques Road trip filmed at Keys, Rod Stewart's wife Penny Lancaster and Loose Women presenter Andrea McLean were the stars attempting to make a profit at auction.
“We are delighted to welcome back the TV cameras to Aylsham,” said Tim Blyth, managing director at Keys. “We are very excited to be featuring in not one but three episodes of the show.
“Our monthly Antiques and Collectables Sale, which take place on a Saturday, are always buzzing. We are expecting a bumper crowd for this month’s sale, and it will be fun to see whether the items bought by the show’s stars do well when they go under the hammer.”
The sale takes place at Keys’ Aylsham salerooms on Saturday 8th July at 10.30am.
