EXPANSION AT LOVEWELL BLAKE CORPORATE FINANCE TEAM

Leading chartered accountants and financial planners Lovewell Blake has appointed Hannah Douglas to its specialist Corporate Finance team.

Ms Douglas qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a large national firm, where she subsequently spent a period in the Corporate Finance division.

Lovewell Blake’s Corporate Finance team provides specialist advice on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and divestments, management buy-outs and buy-ins, due diligence and business investigations, as well as reconstructions and reorganisations, raising debt and equity finance, business valuations and working with family businesses to plan succession.
