EXPANSION SEES WELLINGTON ANNOUNCE TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS

Lowestoft-based developer Wellington has announced two senior appointments, reflecting further growth in the firm.

Andy Edwards joins Wellington as Financial Controller, assuming overall day-to-day responsibility for all financial matters.  He has wide experience in a number of financial roles, including six years at Circle Housing and 11 years at Bernard Matthews.  Most recently he has been fulfilling a number of senior interim roles.

Elli Cole has been appointed as a Quantity Surveyor.  She joins Wellington after ten years at house builder Persimmon.  Her new role will see her working on a variety of projects, including commercial developments, affordable housing and residential developments.

“We are seeing expansion in all areas of the business, whether it’s our commercial development in places such as Beacon Park and Wolseley Park, our specialist heritage buildings restoration projects such as the one we are undertaking at 135 King Street in Great Yarmouth, or our many affordable housing projects across Norfolk and Suffolk.
