FREE HR MASTERCLASSES TO FOCUS ON IMPORTANCE OF STAFF HANDBOOK, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
The importance of having a staff handbook, together with policies and procedures, is the focus of two free HR masterclasses taking place in Norwich and Lowestoft in November.
Led by the HR team at Lovewell Blake, the masterclasses will explain why an up-to-date staff handbook is vital for all employers, and offer practical advice on how to ensure such handbooks remain up to date with best practice and legislation.
The masterclasses – in Norwich on Tuesday 7th November and in Lowestoft on Tuesday 14th November – are the latest in a series of free HR seminars being run for local businesses by Lovewell Blake’s HR Consultancy Service.
The masterclass will also provide tips on recommended handbook and policy content, how to make changes, and explain the difference between contractual and non-contractual elements.
Both events start at 7.45am with a buffet breakfast, and run until 9.30am, and take place in the firm’s offices on Broadland Business Park (Norwich) and Quay View Business Park (Lowestoft).
Attendance is free, but places are limited and must be reserved. For more details, and to book, visit www.lovewell-blake.co.uk/events.
