Hoveton woman says ‘cheers’ to Norfolk estate agent
A Hoveton woman will be popping the corks to celebrate Christmas, after winning a case of fine wine from estate agents Arnolds Keys.
Sheila Rexon called into the Wroxham office of the Norfolk-based agents to receive a box of 12 bottles of wine, which she won in a draw carried out amongst all customers who had filled in a customer satisfaction questionnaire.
Mrs Rexon used Arnolds Keys to sell her riverside home in Barton Turf earlier this year, before moving into a new bungalow near the centre of Wroxham.
“It was lovely to receive the phone call telling me I had won the wine,” said a delighted Mrs Rexon. “I was so happy with the service I received anyway, so this was a nice bonus. I’ll be sharing the wine with my family at Christmas.”
Senior valuer at Arnolds Keys Wroxham office Ian Cairns, who presented the wine to Mrs Rexon, said, “Everybody likes to think that they give a good service, but it is only when you ask your customers what they really think that you find out the truth, including those inevitable areas where you can improve – that is why our customer satisfaction questionnaires are so important to us.
“To say thank you to our customers for taking the time to give us their feedback, we enter all those who do so into a regular draw, and Mrs Rexon is the latest winner. We hope the prize will help her and her family celebrate Christmas in style.”
