NEW RELEASE OF 10 NEW HOMES AT POPULAR SITE IN HINGHAM
Norfolk-based house builder Abel Homes has released 10 more new homes for sale at its The Hops site in Hingham – following the runaway success of the first phase of the site, which launched less than a year ago.
The Watton-based firm has released four 3-bedroom chalet bungalows, four 2-bedroom houses and two 1-bedroom flats. Prices range from £165,000 to £330,000.
All of the new homes have the most energy-efficient EPC ‘A’ rating, with air source heat pumps, solar photovoltaic panels, triple glazing and high levels of insulation. Each new home also features fibre broadband to the premises, with a CAT 6 networking point in the living room. In addition, each home – including the one-bedroom flats - has a garage with electrically-operated door.
“Our The Hops site at Hingham has proven to be extremely popular since we launched it in April last year, which comes as no surprise given the attraction of the village itself combined with the quality, energy-efficient homes we are building here,” said Abel Homes managing director Paul LeGrice.
“We are working at full capacity building new homes to keep up with demand. This latest release means we will have brought to market more than half of the homes on this site within just nine months of launch, reflecting very strong demand for our new homes in the village.
“Interest in the site is at a very high level, and we fully expect this new release to be extremely popular– so anyone interested will need to move quickly to secure one of these new homes.”
