New senior quantity surveyor reflects growing order book at Wellington

Developer Wellington has appointed David Attridge as a senior quantity surveyor – a new post reflecting a growing order book for the Lowestoft-based firm.  Mr Attridge will work across Wellington’s portfolio of commercial, residential open market developments and affordable housing projects, with a particular emphasis on Beacon Park in Gorleston.

Originally from Lowestoft, Mr Attridge has pursued his entire career in the town, spending time with two local construction firms, while studying for various qualifications, including a NEBOSH in Construction Health and Safety and a degree in Construction Management at Chelmsford University, where he was student of the year.

He enjoys staying active, and has played football semi-professionally for Lowestoft Town FC and Kirkley and Pakefield FC; he still plays, albeit with friends now.
