RARE WEST NORFOLK RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT SITE WITH OUTLINE PLANNING CONSENT COMES TO THE MARKET
A rare residential development site in one of West Norfolk’s most sought-after villages has come onto the market – with outline planning permission for 30 new homes.
Arnolds Keys is marketing the 4.1 acre site in Docking, which was formerly used as offices and R&D by agricultural seeds business Limagrain UK. It is situated right in the centre of the village, on the west side of Station Road and opposite the village shop.
The site, which received consent for the new homes in September, is on the market with an asking price of £2.35 million.
“Being situated just five miles from Brancaster and six miles from Burnham Market, Docking is a prime residential village, where opportunities to build are very rare indeed,” said Guy Gowing, managing partner at Arnolds Keys.
“This is a readily developable site with newly-granted planning consent, with low section106 contributions, and estimated to have no Community Infrastructure Levy. The site is very central in the village, which will make the new homes very desirable.
“Within the planning consent six new homes will be developed for social housing targeted at local residents.
“When completed the homes will appeal to local buyers and second home owners, particularly from those parties wishing to benefit from the attractive coast and countryside that this delightful part of Norfolk offers.”
