VICTORY HOUSING TRUST STRENGTHENS FRONTLINE TEAMS TO IMPROVE SERVICE DELIVERY TO RESIDENTS
Victory Housing Trust has announced a significant strengthening of the teams which provide direct support to tenants – with ten new people joining the organisation, and a number of internal appointments and promotions, all designed to further improve the service the Trust offers to its residents.
The new appointments have been made across a range of frontline departments, including Housing Tenancy Support, Housing Operations and the Housing Anti-Social Behaviour teams, as well as a number of new posts in the Finance and Assets teams, aimed at ensuring efficiency in the way that services are delivered.
Chief executive John Archibald welcomed many of the new starters outside the Trust’s head office in North Walsham, with the message that service delivery to residents would always come first.
“Over the past months, we have made big efficiencies in our management structures, which has freed up resources to increase the number of people where it really counts – on the frontline of service delivery,” said Mr Archibald.
“Survey after survey shows that resident satisfaction with the way we deliver services is high – but we are always looking to improve that delivery, and this round of recruitment shows that we are putting our money where our mouth is in this regard.
“We are very pleased that a number of these appointments are promotions from within the organisation, as this is an indication that we are being successful in offering true career progression to staff, and are thus retaining our best people – something which is very important in ensuring that we continue to deliver a top quality service for our residents.”
